To know Kathi was to see love in action. I had the privilege to partner alongside her over the past decade on events, foundations and community projects. Most importantly I was honored to be her friend. She exemplified genuine kindness, grace and generosity to everyone she knew. Kathi was an advocate for others and her smile lit up the room. Kathi inspired me on so many levels. She was living proof that one person could truly make the world a better place.

We were blessed to have known and worked with Kathi through her support of the Honor Flight Program. Enthusiastic, vibrant, and real, she brought so much to our Veterans. From a warm smile & kind word to advocating support for the local Space Coast Honor Flight as well as the National Honor Flight Network. And in spite of the discovery of her illness, she actively remained active as a liaison to help continue VITAS ' support of our Vets! Also noteworthy was her presentation at the National Honor Flight summit last year in Baltimore, MD, where she voiced the need for similar organizations to actively support our Veterans! We will always cherish her Friendship and will so miss working with this amazing person. Our prayers are with her Family - Godspeed Kathi!!.

I was surprised and saddened to read Kathy's obit in the paper this morning. I had just thought of her the other day. I met Kathy back in 2005 when I was working for Fountainhead Funeral Home and when she was just starting at OSP. Part of my job was spending time at OSP in trying to sell pre planned funerals. She and I became friends. She was ALWAYS upbeat and smiling. I would have traded anything for her personality! Eventually I moved on to other job opportunities but I always remembered Kathi. I will miss her. She had so much to give to others, and that she did so well.. You are gone too soon. RIP Kathi.

Kathi was a bright light for our community. She was such a beautiful soul with a huge heart and smile. She loved her family more than anything. We were invited in as part of the family at One Senior Place and Kathi took care of all of us like a Mom at Aquatic Health and Rehab. She helped us to grow our business and allowed us to participate in some of her favorite charity events for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Family Promise and so many more. I will miss
her so much and know I will see her again one day in Heaven. Love you Kathi thi the joy and love you showed is an inspiration in this fallen world. I treasure your friendship and miss you deeply. I pray for peace to your family and friends during this time.
